Amazing ! Sandy is my go to Hair Stylist! She is so great with her clients . Very professional, but she has the greatest respect and personality. She listens to, and she communicates to know what are your hair goals ! Sandy is amazing! She is always so pleasant and friendly! She advises you on hair care and hair growth. Amazing!!!!!!

An Indian lady answered the phone, and the conversation went something like this when I called at 7:31 PM today:

Me: Hi, how much do you charge for a wash and treatment?
Her: Hello, not available today.
Me: Pardon me, who is not available?
Me: Hello?
(Silence… no response.)

She hung up on me deliberately. This kind of behavior and conduct reflects poorly on the business. I called because of the positive reviews and noticed someone with my hair texture in the review pictures. SMH. I will only consider changing my rating if someone comments with an apology.
