I truly can’t say enough great things about Emily—she is an absolute gem of a hairstylist! I’ve been going to her for years now, and I honestly won’t let anyone else touch my hair. She’s so kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes every appointment a great experience.

Every time I leave her chair, I feel confident, refreshed, and so happy with the results. She just gets it—what suits me, what I’m going for—and always brings it to life perfectly. I’m so glad I found her, and I always look forward to seeing her. Highly recommend!

I am sooo super picky about my hair. When I find a hairstylist I stick w them for life. Unfortunately due to moving I had to find a new one and was so nervous until I found Elaina. She is superb and she really knows her stuff- esp colour which is so important. She not only listens to what you want, But she advises if she doesn’t think something will
Work on you and she fixed my color after a hack job from someone else in just 1 sitting. So happy I found her!! Been to her 3 times now and been really happy each time. Even chopped it off this last time.

Absolutely amazing!!! A week ago a barber completely messed up my highlights, after cancelation after cancelation from all the other barbers I could find I came across this gem of a salon.

Elaina took care of everything as she effortlessly fixed my hair. She gave me the right shade of highlights and throughly explained to me how I should maintain it and what products I could use as well. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Looking forward to going back again as I now feel that I've found my permanent spot!

Visited this salon for facial and eyebrows. Had a great experience with Arti. She is so polite and the massage she gave was so so relaxing . What I like most about her is that she educates you on what she gonna apply on your face and deals with your skin issues in her own magical way .

BEAWARE! This is my second and FINAL time going to this salon. Today a girl named Ann decided to do my hair and boy do I wish I can go back in time. I went in to get my roots done and it was time for a bleach and tone.

I’ve included a photo of what the back of my head looked like a few days before for reference.

I thought the service was a bit off at first as Ann not only stopped foiling my hair to answer her personal cell phone during our appointment. But she kept yelling across the salon for “more foils” in a business establishment and I’ve never ever witnessed these mannerisms before.

She then put my hair under the dryer (I’ve included a photo for reference as I don’t know what the machine is called). Then proceeds to put a timer on for 15 mins then takes the bottom foils off and then leaves my hair under the machine for another 10 minutes with NO TIMER. Then sits down behind me and eats her CRACKERS and proceeds to watch TV without paying attention. What type of salon and business are you guys running?!

Anyways, there were about 4 other stylists working around us so I thought everyone was paying attention and obviously I thought she knew what she was doing. When she washed my hair and then started to put my toner in she then started to mention how I shouldn’t put heat on my hair, as she combs chunks of my hair out then tells me it’s normal. Now I’ve been blonde for awhile, never have I had so much hair come off my head than from this lady right here.

And I know she knows she messed up when she tried to convince me to go home with WET hair to “avoid heat” but really I know it’s because the back of my head was less noticeable wet than dry.

Now the icing on the cake, was her asking me “how she did and how I like my hair” BEFORE showing me the back of my head.

This is absolutely the worst service I have received in my entire life. I’m a mom and a wife, I work and run 3 businesses so when I take time to go to the salon to do my hair it’s literally the ONLY time I have to relax. Usually everyone woman who leaves the salon should feel beautiful but to leave a salon with less hair than I had before, with a HUGE short patch in the back of my head is absolutely ridiculous. To tell me this is from breakage because of the hair colour that I wanted and not taking accountability for not paying attention and taking care of my hair.

I will personally never go back here again, and I sincerely hope this “Ann” never touches another woman’s head again. I never want any woman to feel as low as I do right now.
