From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful and impeccably clean the studio is, it’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into every detail. The atmosphere is luxurious yet welcoming, and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.

Suzi is thorough, professional, and incredibly talented. She takes her time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel confident and well taken care of. Her precision and dedication to her work are truly impressive, and beyond her skills, she’s also just a genuinely sweet and kind person. You can really tell she cares about her clients and their results.

I got the laser hair removal service on my underarms and Brazilian area. They use the Triton laser machine, and it’s honestly a game changer. As someone with olive skin and black hair, I’ve seen amazing results, it’s powerful, safe, and super effective. The Triton is one of the most advanced lasers out there, combining multiple wavelengths to treat a wide range of skin tones and hair types, including stubborn or finer hairs. It’s fast, with minimal discomfort and visible results early on. You can tell Serendipity Luxe Lounge is serious about investing in the best technology.

I can’t wait to check out their other services, if they’re anything like my experience with the laser treatments, I know I’ll be in great hands. Highly recommend!
