Great experience, and best facial I have ever had. Neelam is thorough and knowledgeable, really getting to know what would work best for you. She is kind and gentle, and explains everything as she goes. My skin feels softer and smoother than it has felt in years. I’ve already booked my next appointment, and can’t wait to go back. I’m also excited to try some other services, she does it all!

I’ve visited Shades of Beauty Spa 3 times now and have been very satisfied each visit. Neelam is quite professional and is very kind and patient. I’ve had 4 different types of treatments, waxing, threading, tinting and laser with great results for each. I especially was happy with the laser treatments because in only 2 visits, the areas have significantly less hair growth while the last place I went to for the same treatment took many more visits and $ and didn’t come close to the amount of hair permanently removed. Even Neelam’s spa environment is well suited and professional, so I definitely recommend going to Shades of Beauty Spa.

I moved Nw recently and I wanted to visit place for a brazilian sugaring and i choose this place for the good price and distance to my house however it was really painfull she offer switching to wax she said you might feel more comfortable but both was very painfull experince and when I reach home I was bleeding. I bleed after wax and sugaring first time ever and honestly I am not very satisfied with the work. The previous places I have been visiting hey would clean everything, she left some parts and she said to me this is brazilian.

I visited for a brow lamination 10 days ago. The location and spa were set up very nicely, but my brow lamination was poorly done. During the service, she scraped quite hard with the tool that my skin was starting to burn and it stung when the solution was put on the brow hair. During the process she only lifted the plastic to brush one eyebrow and then a few hours after I left, the hairs began to stick up/out on one side she did not brush. I messaged her and returned to the salon the next day to have it fixed but was only given a hair trim and brow gel to help them stay down. This did not work and my eye brow hair stuck out my whole vacation. My brow hairs are also kinked in many places and the tint did not stay on very long.
