I have been going to this location for years. Every haircut, every colour and every style has been amazing. They’re pretty busy on the weekend so I suggest booking an appointment. They treat you like family and make you feel comfortable.

I always get great hair cuts at this Smart Style location. I am particular about how my hair is done I guess, but the stylists always ask questions about how I like it cut and the length, shortness in the back etc. I have been going here for about 4 years and have never been disapointed. Very happy with my cuts!

I came into Walmart to do some shopping and discovered the Smart Style Shop! My hairdresser just retired after 20 years so I was in need of a haircut but was scared to death to let anyone else cut my hair! I went to the desk and inquired about a haircut and asked about walk in service. Mary Rose was at the desk and told me she could take me immediately. She was absolutely amazing! My haircut was so cute and she did such a great job but most important, she made me feel so comfortable and important! I don't live in Calgary, we live 3 hours away, we were down visiting family. Mary Rose will be my hairdresser from now on and we'll just have to come down and visit family every time I need a haircut!! Lol!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! They have no idea of what they are doing!! I asked for balayage hair and she completely destroyed my hair. It looked so horrible. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed paid $300. They had to bleach my whole head twice to fix it. Now my hair is destroyed. The picture is what I wanted and the first 3 is what she did

We booked an appointment online at east hill location online. But when we went there the lady told me she didn’t got anything online and her behaviour was so rude. However when she searched my phone number it was in the system but before that she was lying. Though she accepted to serve the person in front of us who were just walk in. Teach your employees customer service before hiring. On top of that she didn’t bothered to say sorry at least once.
