I had such a wonderful experience here. I came in with a plus one who received neurotoxin injections with me. There was a doctor who injected our sensitive areas on the face and another injector who came in for large areas (shoulders).

They were so knowledgeable and had incredibly comforting and kind bedside manners. I felt so comfortable and safe in their hands. I am so happy I found this clinic. Absolutely in love! The front desk was also super kind in making reservations.

The only con is, I asked about getting a laser treatment done here as I love the clinic but I was not given a response and still haven’t heard back.

A tip for new clients — I know my body and how it processes injections as it’s been some time. They advised more units than I knew I needed. We compromised on some but they also respected my requests in other areas. I think it worked out great. It’s always safer to do less and add more if needed, so I would advise taking that approach.

I recently visited sol skin done and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Dr. Amir was absolutely amazing—professional, skilled, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
Client Coordinator Gheed , who helped me during check-in, was so kind and welcoming. Her warm attitude and professionalism really added to the positive experience.

Both Dr. Amir and Gheed were fantastic—kind, understanding, and truly caring. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering cosmetic treatments. Thank you both for such a great experience.

I visited Viva City Medical Center in Mississauga Port credit branch last year for facial rejuvenation treatments, hoping to resolve my pigmentation issues.But those sessions continued till this year April. Dr. Nick was my primary consultant and assured me that the condition would be treated within a 6-session package. I paid $1,000 for the package, but most of the sessions were spent testing how my skin reacted to the treatment. Ultimately, it took over 10 sessions with little to no visible results.

To make matters worse, Dr. Nick suddenly disappeared without any notice, despite his promise to support me until my pigmentation was fully resolved. When I returned for a follow-up three months ago, the new staff tried to charge me again. I explained the original agreement and the situation with Dr. Nick, but they refused to honor the previous understanding.

Overall, I feel that my time and money were wasted. If the clinic couldn't deliver the promised results within the package, they shouldn’t have sold it in the first place. I strongly recommend asking for clear, written commitments before enrolling in any treatment package—especially regarding costs, number of sessions, and expected results.
Someone from the clinic recently responded to my review, but what is the further process now? Will I be charged again, while the amount I already paid goes completely in vain? That’s unacceptable. I don't want to become prey again.
