I am extremely disappointed with the service I received while ordering a customized coat and pant for our wedding. Ravi promised us that the outfit would be ready in time, as our wedding was scheduled for the 9th of March, 2025. However, on the 8th of March, 2025, just one day before the wedding, we were informed that the outfit was still not ready. This was incredibly distressing for us, as finding an alternative outfit on such short notice was nearly impossible.

We tried to call the owner countless times, but every time, he gave us the same excuse: “Let me talk to Ravi.” No solutions were ever provided. When we asked about a refund, they just blamed each other – Ravi said the owner would handle it, while the owner, Dilpreet, claimed he would speak to Ravi. It was incredibly frustrating to be caught in this blame game with no resolution in sight. Nd we paid all money in advance.

What added to our frustration was the fact that they refused to refund our money. It felt like they were only interested in making a profit and showed zero concern for customer satisfaction. The lack of customer service was appalling – no empathy, no solution offered, just pure disregard for the importance of our special day.

The wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and for my husband, this situation caused significant stress and disappointment. It’s unacceptable that a business would treat customers this way, especially when it involves something as important as a wedding. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their customer care in the future.

And please don’t call this review fake. We have all proofs.
