Don't usually give 5 stars on any of my reviews but this time I am as Olivia was the only person working when I took a bin in and she was able to go through my stuff and even took some of my items. I was extremely grateful as I didn't have time to return in the evening as I was heading out camping.

The negative reviews are actually what makes this place so great. I've been to so many thrift stores where the clothes are worn or just hideous. It takes so long to find something - if ANYTHING that works. I love Style Encore because everything is in perfect shape, it doesn't take multiple trips to several different thrift stores to find one good find. Last time I went in I found 3 tops for my vacation coming up. Before that I visited a Goodwill, Salvation Army and a Value Village and found nothing at any of those other stores. But when I shop at Style Encore I always find something I love because there's no having to dig through piles of garbage. I'm happy they are picky about what they accept because it makes for such a better shopping experience for the consumer! If you are trying to off load stuff and earn a buck I could see it being annoying, but as a shopper I love this store!

This is a great store to shop and get some gently wore clothing at very reasonable prices. Well organized and friendly staff. Was just in the other day with my fiancé while she looked for a cocktail dress. She will be back. Nice store. Thanks
