Excellent customer service, turn around time and most importantly craftsmanship. Very pleased with the work done on my rings. I will definitely go back in the future.
What I had done:
• stone replaced on band, gold added to keep stones in place on both rings and both rhodium dipped

I brought an heirloom ring to Jasmine and she completely understood my vision to split it into 5 pieces for myself, my mom and my daughters. She was patient with my questions and made changes to the mock ups until it was perfect. The pieces came out exactly how we had envisioned. There was a problem with one of the pieces and the team at Swedish Jewelers went above and beyond to fix the situation and it’s back to being perfect again. The customer service is exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or redesigned piece

I brought my cherished antique clock in for repair and was very concerned about it working properly after. The staff were very helpful, considerate and understanding. I was treated very well and the clock repair was excellent. I would highly recommend Swedish Jewellers in Airdrie for all your shopping and repair needs. They ruined my 2 tone Franco diamond cut box chain. They polished out the white gold then tried to say it was worn off.

1st Pic is around my neck 2 weeks prior

They say they stand behind there work but don't at all.
