Visited this location a few weeks ago! The staff was very helpful and provided a great service not only did they help me through my purchase and suggested beautiful pieces in my price range. They also were able to size my pick same day. I was not able to come same day as I had other obligations. But the staff worked with me to ensure it could be picked up on an alternate day!
Great place with a lasting experience!

Odd experience. We passed the clearance counter so I asked if they had any rings in clearance for my handicapped sister. They seemed confused. “Looking for something she won’t react to with her skin” She’s offended now: “what do you mean?” “Umm, nevermind”

I visited this jewelry store expecting a good experience, especially given how big and well-stocked it is. They seem to have everything when it comes to jewelry, from gold to silver and more — so I assumed the service would match the quality of the store.
Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I came in politely asking for a small favor — just to double-check a gold necklace I had recently bought. I wasn’t expecting a full evaluation, just a quick professional opinion to confirm it wasn’t fake.
Instead of helping or even giving me a minute of her time, the woman I spoke to brushed me off. No interest in helping, no customer service, nothing.
For a store that big, with so many resources, I expected at least a little courtesy and professionalism — especially when it comes to gold. Sadly, it seems they only care if you’re spending money in the moment.
Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for honest service or a helpful attitude.
