Frank has been in the business for over thirty years. I found his add in our Chaparral community flyer. Was looking for someone I could trust to redesign a couple of rings and probably a pendant. I have visited Frank twice now and feel very safe and comfortable with him! He has the best sense of humour of anyone I have ever met. Presently, he is helping me design a couple of rings. I feel he is very honest and upfront! His business is named “Karat Patch”. Very reliable and knowledgeable.

Excellent workmanship. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He performed tricky repair on a belt buckle for me. Very pleased with the result. I trust him completely and will use him in the future for any jewelry repairs.

Needed wedding ring repaired after a piece of the gold broke off in the band. Met with Frank, he assessed the damage, made some recommendations about other minor clasp repairs and provided a firm quote. Work was done quickly and very well.....my wife says it looks like she has a new ring! Highly recommended. This is our second experience with Frank.
