Our home didnt have MAJOR issues however my neighbor did. They also blocked me on social media and deleted my comment when I commented on a picture of my own house that it was average at best, i think I can comment on it because it's my house right? no, they blocked me

Plus i just found out today that they installed a tank from 2017 when our house was built in 2020. Pete the plumber just inspected, flushed the tank and told me, what a gut punch 5 years after the fact. Actually we've been pretty much gut punched a few times, when they didnt fix the paint in our living room when we asked them to fix, by the time i went to check they already left.

I am not in Ambleton but right beside it in Evanston so there isnt going to be much difference. I don't recommend this builder.

Buyer beware. They will only show you their good homes. Once they have your money, your house will not be fully built, it will be poorly constructed and you will have a battle for them just to do what you paid them to do. Go to anyone else.
