Thomas the support manager is a very helpful person. We had a 1300$ buy for suites from this location.

He promised to do all alterations and tailoring needed on extra things with the suites.

Aazid the new sales guy there he was very professional and authentic.

Did a great work to make our stuff ready for a friwnds wedding. They were very friendly and helpful.

I do recommend this location. The store has a wide variety of things and the place is very clean

I recently purchased a suit as part of a wedding package and entrusted Tip Top with the initial alterations, including sleeve shortening and pant hemming. Since the shirt was too big I took it to another shop for alternation and they had a look at alternation Tip Top initially did.

Dress Shirt Fit: When I brought the suit in, I was told that my dress shirt fit well and did not need alterations. However, the shirt was actually quite large, and I later had to get the sides tucked in and the sleeves shortened at another shop.

Pant Hemming: The hem was done without any explanation of how different cuts affect the overall look. As a person that don’t normally wear suits, I wasn’t familiar with the different cuts I later learned that tapering the pants would have created a cleaner, more tailored appearance, particularly at the ankle. Had this been communicated, I would have opted for a tapered finish.

Sleeve Shortening: After the alteration, the buttons on the sleeves were misaligned and crooked. Additionally, the original cutouts for the buttons were missing, affecting the overall appearance. It should have been explain that it would probably looked better if the sleeves were tapered. The second tailor noted that the sleeves were still too long, and I had to pay again to have them shortened properly.

I expected a higher level of expertise and guidance, especially from a store that specializes in suits. It would have been helpful if the team had explained different alteration options and their impact on the overall look, rather than simply making the adjustments without any explanation or guidance.

Poor service, poorly done alterations, go elsewhere. Bought a suit and the salesman marked up the changes. Had to wait 3 weeks to get the suit back due to grad season, no biggie. Arrive in the evening to try on the alterations. The pants are hemmed 1 inch too high. Salesman adjusts the height tells me to come back tomorrow. I return to the store, try on the pants, they are hemmed right, but the super crease is missing. The sales guy confirms the crease is missing and says it wasn’t on my order. If I would like it done, come back Friday night and they will put it in for $10. I was sure I paid for it, so I check the receipt at home, and I did pay for it, Guess what, I get to go back for the third time. My wife calls to confirm the alterations work Friday evening but apparently they don’t work past 5. Good thing my wife checked but why tell me to come back. My wife went today and showed them the receipt and he is trying to tell here the crease is there. A super crease is very obvious, it’s not there and the person 2 days earlier confirmed it. No mention of doing anything for us for having to make 3 trips for something that’s pretty simple. Not a good store and definitely try on all your alterations double checking that everything was done.

I had a horrible experience at this tip top for my wedding party. I had booked an appointment with Robina she mentioned we would get a dedicated employee for our party.
We were there for 5 hours with very minimal support as we did not receive a dedicated employee and Robina was actively helping other costumers making us wait for long period of time. By the time we had to order she gave us improper discounts due to a huge lack of communication. I recognize Robina was over-worked with many costumers but that resulted in her not being the most pleasant to work with. We are still dealing with issues 3 weeks later due to these miscommunications.

I would recommend going elsewhere if you have a big wedding party.
