I had such a wonderful experience at Tribal Expression. I went and got a 2nd opinion with them about some piercings I got from another shop and they were so accommodating and nice. Super grateful to Sergii who fixed my lobes and removed my wrongfully pierced rook, and the wonderful receptionist that was so kind and incredibly caring. I will definitely go back here again. Absolutely amazing experience. I got both an eyebrow and a PA piercing done, and Erika was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. I have gone to Iliana for both my daith piercings; and she is fabulous. She explains the process of the piercings, answered answers all my questions, and makes you very comfortable & relaxed before she begins. The first photo was my first daith piercing last year, and the second photo is one done just this morning.

Erika is a fantastic piercer! She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations, walks you through everything, and is happy to accommodate you however you need. She did my septum last year, and I booked with her again to do my navel and 2nd lobes this appointment. Literally could not recommend her more!

Edit: Came in today for a jewellery change out at the new Edmonton Trail location for a hoop for my rook. Andrew helped me and was awesome. He consulted with the original piercer and also explained everything clearly to me. He also checked on my month old fresh conch piercing done at Opulence and noticed that it needed a longer post and was able to do that too, at the sacrifice of his break time. He didn’t make a big deal out of it, but rather made me feel like helping me was more important. Not only is Andrew very gentle and professional, but my husband and I enjoyed great conversation with him while waiting for jewellery to sanitize & anodize. He also was very considerate of my anxiety when there was pain with the conch post change. I would hands down trust him with future piercings. Also, please give him an extra break on his next shift to make up for today!

And worth mentioning is the loyalty/rewards system. I was able to use my points accrued today from a few piercing/jewellery purchases to get free jewellery & change out. Made my day!

Original post: Sergeii pierced my rook and is clearly very knowledgeable. This is evident in his ability to put the client at ease by explaining each step in the process clearly. He also helped clear up uncertainty I had about an old piercing bump. He also helped me to identify some ideal spots for future piercings! Thanks so much. Can’t wait to visit at your new location. Also, a special shout out to the awesome customer service from the front desk, and to Erica for her help in setting up before I saw Sergeii and helping to answer some of my questions, too. All around, such a great experience. I also highly recommend their sister piercing shop, Opulence, for quality gold jewelry if you want to invest in a forever piece. Keith, the owner, is awesome!
