I love to wander through VV and compare prices. There are some really good deals for SOME THINGS and then some if the pricing is shockingly very high.
i bought this scarf to go with my drexs for $4.99.

Nice and bright store but being a newer store that it should be. Prices on items kind high basically almost retail pricing for used goodes. One thing I didn't like is how the staff members didn't respond to seriousness of how needed to use the public restroom. Wait about 5 mins... Unacceptable in my eyes.
Do better Value Village, especially for being in a High end neighborhood it was rather sad.

The items in this store are prices so high, any old pair of pants with a name brand, even if outdated or old style is $20, every single button up shirt is upwards of $14-16, no wonder the racks here are so much more packed than any other valley village in the city. It's difficult to even browse the items, because obviously they are not selling much at those prices, they price it too high and it gets thrown out after when unsold. Such a waste.

The manager is very rude, she doesn't help, we were there 3 times, just buying some stuff. one day we asked her to exchange some some itemd, she told us to go pick out the new items and after we had scanned everything she told us it had to be at a different desk and we had to wait until she was free to help us. I'm pretty sure they hide some items because today the same manager asked me where I had found one of my items in a shocked tone. The prices are also shocking, considering that some books have the same price here as in home sense

Managers were rude, not just to customers, but their own staff too. Gave off a weird, uncomfortable vibe like they were watching everyone. Employees were kind, especially one with pink hair who helped my daughter to the washroom. Prices were high for a donation-based store. Toy area was a mess, and some kids were left crying with no parent in sight. Not a place I’ll be returning to.
