Great store, helpful sales people and good sales. Not sure why someone would write a 1 star review after being told of a sale? That helmet pepper person writes one stars for almost ever business it seems, so don’t let that review dissuade you. Would return here again. Also, being beside the ice cream shop (parlour) makes for a perfect post-shopping and snack combo!

Amazing experience! Went in and they had an awesome sale for 70% off some items, so was able to get a few gifts. Super friendly staff and a great location. Will be shopping here for all my gifts!

Beautiful selection of quality clothes and lovely space to shop. Wide open and aesthetic. Staff was extremely helpful while shopping and paying staff was not as lovely when I tried to return an item. Beware there are no refunds on returns. I was told after my package was nicely bundled, and my receipt was being handed to me that I had 15 days to make a return or an exchange. Firstly, it’s a little late by the time, your hand of the receipt to hear that, and secondly. It was not clearly explained that returns did not mean return for cash, but only return for store credit. Again, receiving this information after the sale has been made at the tail doesn’t make a lot of sense. Disappointed in the store policy. Likely won’t shop there again as I like to try the clothes on with my wardrobe and want the option to return if necessary without being bound to the store gift card.

Super uncomfortable shopping experience, very unwelcoming staff, felt a bit racist(?) vibes. As a POC woman and the only potential customer in the store I felt as if I was profiled lol would never recommend shopping to any of my friends even though I love supporting small local businesses. Very unfortunate and hope you guys change your attitude. Reflect.
