Was at the Westbrook location and got my eyebrows done. I am very happy with the results and the lady that was working on my brows was very professional. Thank you Lara so much for always checking if I was still fine or needed more numbing cream. I’d recommend it for anyone.

If I could give no star, I would. Don’t come here for lashes.
I waited one week before leaving a review to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ended up up getting my lashes redone by someone else Friday morning as I was in serious pain due to the lashes I got from here.

RUN as fast as you can! I went in to have my acrylic nails removed. The Lady (not a professional technician) proceeded to try to PRY off the acrylic with the tip of a fake nail.
THE STORE IS FILTHY!

I was there in you store yesterday around 5:30 I want to do my eyebrows but the lady was so rude and unprofessional and aggressive I believe she is Indian . I will never come back to that’s store anymore . she need to know how to treat her client and to know what’s customer service is . Thank you
