I visited this barbershop today and appreciated the friendly and welcoming attitude of the employees. However, I would like to offer some suggestions to help improve the experience for all customers.

During my visit, the staff were speaking in what seemed to be an African language while working. While I understand and respect cultural diversity, it would be more professional and inclusive to communicate in English while interacting in the presence of customers, as it maintains a standard of service and ensures all patrons feel comfortable.

Additionally, I strongly encourage the team to ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Maintaining high hygiene standards is essential for customer safety and trust.
