They have a tv which helped my son have his first barber hair cut from the friendly Iraqi Kurdish guy.However my last 2 visits with the Romanian guy have gotten worse with the one today truly bizarre.

On entry today with no one in the shop and the TV on we waited for a couple of minutes before he showed up. On request if we could get cartoons to help my son and him with the haircut he flat out refused and said he wants to watch what he wants. He seemed confrontational and I had to try hard to defuse the situation.His attitude was aggressive and rude and handled my son roughly all throughout and did a weird haircut.I wanted to get a hair cut but looking at his attitude decided not to. The kicker the History documentary on was about Walt Disney cartoons.

Anyone can have a bad day but civility and politeness should be a given in customer service. Never coming here again for either myself or my son and wouldn't advise anyone either.
