Go see Vanessa at ADX! My fiancé had a great experience working with her to design me a custom engagement ring (and it's breathtaking!). She's friendly, honest, and explains things without judgement. We went back to ADX for our wedding bands and went back and forth with Vanessa over multiple visits and emails (she was extremely patient with us), but ultimately I fell in love with a ring elsewhere. She could tell I was being drawn to the other ring and encouraged me to go with my gut. Not once did I ever feel any sales pressure with Vanessa, it truly felt like she cared. We will definitely be back to ADX for any future jewelry needs.

We custom designed our engagement ring with Vanessa from ADX. She was very eager to help us understand the basics of choosing a diamond and designing the ring and made the entire process straight forward and enjoyable. Throughout the process, it was clear she is very knowledgeable and committed to finding the best diamond for the price range (even if it means waiting for new stock to come on the market). The ring turned out flawless and we couldn't be happier with both the product and service!

I won a pair of oval sapphires many years ago and left them in my jewellery box. I finally visited Alberta Diamond Exchange with my sapphires and told Cici that I would like them put in a setting so I could wear them as earrings. Cici was very helpful with choosing the perfect setting for them. She was very polite and professional to deal with.
