Victoria completely knocked it out of the park with my hair! I have never been so happy with a haircut before and I can’t even tell you how many compliments I have received from coworkers, friends, and classmates! This is exactly what I wanted! If you are someone who loves layers not just face framing layers but layers all around your head GO TO VICTORIA!!! Hands down the most competent hair stylist I have been to!

Jamie is the best hairdresser ever! First of all she is an amazing person, so kind and personable. She is so skilled as a hairdresser I think she is one of the best. Jamie cuts my hair as well as my kids daughters hair. we love her so much she is the best. Thank you so much Jamie. Highly recommend!!

I went to Ari + Blair for the first time on May 9th, 2025 for a simple haircut and I will be back! Online booking was super simple and there were plenty of available appointments with each of the stylists. I also appreciate the detailed pricing. I think I found my new go-to gal in Mya! I am not super picky about my hair and never really know exactly what I want, but Mya rolled with it and seemed to trust that I was confident in whatever she thought was necessary. She even showed me some different techniques to use on my hair and recommended a hair oil. The oil is fantastic and is just what I needed for this dry Calgary climate. Mya was quick, thorough, and chatted the perfect amount. I also appreciate how she told me the cost of the service separate from the product, which allowed me to give her a proper tip. Their new customer package is also so valuable! The salon is spacious, clean, and modern. The staff was very accommodating, taking my coat and hat when I got there, and they offered water. tea. etc.

Honestly my hair is ruined.

I asked for a little below the shoulders with some shorter face framing pieces.

The woman gave me a fluffy bob that was at my chin.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I’ve been here numerous times to a different lady and it was wonderful.

The lady faced me away from the mirror the whole time while she was cutting my hair, and it was my fault that once she showed me the end results, I said I was happy but what could’ve she done with the hair already gone.

I’m honestly in utter disbelief, and I would’ve given 1 star had I not had such amazing results in my previous appointments.

When paying over $100 for a simple haircut, there is a level of professionalism and adequacy that is accepted and it is certainly not being met by all of the stylists.

Some of the stylists are phenomenal, but it’s not worth rolling the dice to see if you get a good stylist or not.

One of the most unpleasant experience I had at a salon. I booked with Claire for a heavily layered haircut and mentioned in my booking notes that i have very long hair. My appointment was at 6 and the stylist didn’t start working on my hair till 6:50pm as she was busy with her other client and didn’t finish my hair till 8:10pm. The service was supposed to be an hour long but turned into 2 hours as she had me waiting. My point is if that’s the case why book someone else when you have a client at that time slot and make them wait. Mind you i pre washed my hair, dried it fully and detangled it so all she had was the haircut. Throughout the appointment i felt rushed and almost as if the stylist was “frustrated” cause of my hair length and as if it’s my fault she has to cut my hair. She didn’t even bother to style my hair and left it for another stylist as soon as she finished cutting it. The haircut was mid at the most however their lovely associate Logan was an absolute delight from the beginning till the end! She was so sweet and nice and did her best to style my hair as best as she could in the time we had. The only reason I gave this a 1 star is cause of Logan or else I’ll suggest everyone to steer clear as they have no appreciation for a client’s time or any good quality service.
