I had the best hair experience of my life with Sophia. I went in ready to make a bold change and go red, and she made the whole process feel exciting and stress-free. From the start, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, while also offering expert advice on how to bring out the best in my hair. I felt like I could trust her, she made me feel so confident, and my hair turned out exactly as I wanted (which doesn’t happen with every stylist); from the amount we took off in a dusting, to the exact tone, she nailed it.

It felt really safe — I never felt rushed or unheard. Sophia’s creativity and attention to detail were so reassuring, and the end result was even better than I imagined. The colour is vibrant, rich, and gave me a whole new vibe I’m loving; honestly I feel like a brand new person. I also don’t feel like the strength of my hair was compromised as she made sure to do protective treatments and took into account the health of my hair from the beginning.

She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also genuinely kind, personable, funny, wants to make you feel good, and attentive, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out, and I’ll 100% be going back. The salon itself was also gorgeous, lots of natural light, and I could tell all the stylists work super well together which created a perfect, uplifting, ambiance. If you’re thinking of switching things up or just want someone who truly gets it — Sophia’s your girl.

I've been to many hairstylists over the years, but Alice truly stands out. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle, and the end result was even better than I imagined! My hair has never looked (or felt) this good! The salon atmosphere was welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Alice to anyone looking a skilled, personable and trustworthy stylist!

Baylee did highlights and grey coverage on my dark coloured hair, my hair doesn’t lift much but she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and I LOVED the results! The salon is also very welcoming with lots of natural light, overall experience was great, will come back and definitely see Baylee for your colour ?
