I had such a great experience with Lisa! She did both my hair and my mom’s, and we’re both so happy with the results. We have thick Middle Eastern hair, which can be tricky to work with, but she knew exactly what to do. She gave us both a great cut and followed it up with a beautiful blowout that made our hair look amazing.

Lisa took her time, paid attention to every detail, and never rushed through the appointment. She’s also super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. My mom got a discount since I referred her, which was a nice bonus! They also mentioned that next time I’d get a discount as a gesture of appreciation.

The salon itself is very clean and bright, which is always a good sign. The rest of the staff were also really friendly and welcoming.

I had the absolute best experience with Lien! She did a no-bleach balayage on me and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The color is exactly what I was hoping for—natural, dimensional, and so healthy-looking. Lien is incredibly talented and knowledgeable, and you can tell she really cares about both the health of your hair and helping you achieve your vision. On top of that, she's just a genuinely great person—our conversation flowed so easily, and the whole appointment was such a relaxing, positive experience. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing results and an even better experience!

Megan did a phenomenal job on my hair. I had a previous colour done by a stylist at Chatters, using the same photos I showed Megan, and she really upgraded the look. It's been 5 months, and the copper has held on, and the blonde is still vibrant. Honestly, it's the best cut and colour I've ever received from any salon. Can't wait to go back for a retouch!

I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The PMU and spa services were handled by incredibly skilled and knowledgeable technicians who clearly take pride in their work. You can tell they’re beyond qualified and truly passionate about what they do. The whole experience was relaxing, luxurious, and left me feeling confident and refreshed. I’ve been going to B.U Salon for years, and it’s truly my go-to place for everything. Every visit is such a great experience, and the team here is incredible. Megan is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever had! She just gets my hair, and I always leave feeling amazing.
