I was at this location Sept 17 in the afternoon after having a freak out about my new hair cut and colour.
I am so grateful to the two beautiful women who helped me and empathized with me. I didn’t get their names but one lady took her time while she explained to me different ways to adjust the tones (even though I really didn’t even know what I wanted).
I am so thankful of the knowledge, compassion and patience I was given. I felt heard and understood. I don’t think I thanked you in store, but thank you. The world needs more people like you ?

I came in the other day as I spent $500 on extensions at another place and bought the wrong colour. The worker here SAVED ME and gave me everything I needed to lighten the extensions I bought without ruining the quality of the hair. Thankyou so so so much!! It worked and the hair looks awesome ☺️

I was quite disappointed with the service I received today. When I entered the store with my friend, they greeted us warmly, hoping for a pleasant first visit. However, I couldn’t help but notice that shortly after I arrived, a white woman walked in and was immediately offered assistance, while my presence was completely overlooked. My friend and I continued browsing, expecting someone to acknowledge us, but no one did until we went to pay. It was disheartening to feel as though your staff chooses who to treat with kindness and professionalism. It’s important to show respect and courtesy to all customers equally.

The two girls at the counter wouldn't stop talking to each other and didn't even say hi to me when I walked in. When I went up to the counter to ask a question, they kept talking and ignored me. I had to interrupt their conversation in order to ask something. Will not be back to this location.

Repeatedly ripped off here. Today I was not given a receipt and left without noticing. I drove home, opened the package to find the product not what i needed, despite spending some time asking the staff. Drove right back and was refused a refund due to Sally Beauty policy. Then shouldn't Sally ENSURE that customers are provided with receipts? This was all done under my phone number and easy to verify. A girl working there came out from the back to laugh at me while I asked for my money back and seemed to find my loss humorous! This particular location wasted $20 in coupons for me by refusing to make $20 change so she helped me out of MY MONEY. Just like again today. It's a pretty tough economy right now and Sally's is crossed off my list permanently.
