If I could give more than 5 stars, I would for David and his team. I was VERY specific about what I wanted with my engagement ring and I had little confidence after seeing the other jewelers that it could be done. My fiancé started working with Ans and before long, the exact (rare) diamond I wanted was brought in for me to look at. David is extremely patient and listened to what I wanted. He and his team were more concerned about my happiness over anything else. My custom engagement ring was breathtakingly perfect and exactly what we asked for. Even when I noticed a flaw, David was able to rectify it within days. David has also fixed and sized other pieces of jewelry for me and I highly recommend the personal, family feel of this business over any large chain store.

Carat Jewellers has Diamond rings that is One of the kind . There Diamond has clarity and cut that will sparks and catches your eye and shines in 180 of degrees, which is eye catching. Their Jewellery is nothing but fabulous and stunning. i highly recommended for anyone to go into the story to check it out the Diamond.

Walked in to get my late mother's earrings cleaned and polished. David was very knowledgeable, prompt and got it done right away. He knew the earrings meant a lot to me and took such good care of them. I'm very pleased and will be going back.

I worked with Ans during the ring-buying process and had a wonderful experience. Throughout my multiple consultations with him, Ans was kind, patient, and committed to helping me finding the perfect ring. Carat jewellers full of friendly and approachable consultants, and that made a potentially intimidating process much less so.

Moreover, Ans was wonderful at communicating updates with me and he gave me both text & email updates on when I could come in to take a look at the ring once it arrived in-store. Their commitment to providing a worry-free purchasing process really alleviated a lot of my concerns and helped make sure the proposal was a huge success. Would recommend to go see ANS at Carat jewellers to anyone going through this process.

I brought in my Bulova watch for a battery change and they scratched the dial. When i tried to confront the guy named David started getting all worked up and defensive. They tried telling me that the scratch was there before and so I asked them why would i even get a battery replacement on a watch when the dial is scratched and I can’t wear it? And also, why wont you tell a customer that their watch is scratched before taking it inside? I think they handled the situation in a terrible way. Won’t recommend them to anyone.

Edit- As you guys can see from their response- The staff is extremely rude, don’t care about the customers, and clearly don’t understand the situation. PS- Im pretty sure the dial wasn’t scratched before i brought it in and if they like to call them “professionals”- well most professionals mention about scratches on things before they even pick up the job. They didn’t do any cuz there wasnt any.
However, don’t just go on my review, there are many others who have reported them messing up their watches. I personally would never recommend Carat Jewellers to anyone. Wish i could give negative rating here.
