I visited this Pandora expecting a welcoming experience, but unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff came across as dismissive and condescending, which was surprising given the brand’s mid-tier market position. It felt like they were carrying an air of superiority that simply didn’t match the product quality or the shopping environment.

Pandora offers trendy and affordable jewelry, not luxury, and the attitude I encountered just didn’t align with that. For a brand that appeals to sentimental moments and everyday wear, I expected warmth and approachability, not cold stares and clipped responses.

After this uncomfortable visit, I walked over to Tiffany & Co., where I received nothing but respect and genuine service. It was a reminder that great customer care doesn’t require a sky-high price tag, just a bit of humility and professionalism.

If you’re shopping for charm bracelets or gifts and value how you’re treated just as much as what you’re buying, you may want to look elsewhere!

Such a bad customer service bought earing as a gift for my friend but she doesn’t like it brought it back to return it but the lady keeps laying that i wore these and we can not accept it and the other employe said we can clean it and exchange it but not return it they dont want to give me the money back

A couple of weeks ago me and my girlfriend visited Pandora at Market Mall to look at some products. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of an employee named Tahir. He was incredibly rude and condescending throughout our interaction. He kept rolling his eyes, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable. It seemed like he wasn’t showing us the products we were interested in properly, which led us to leave the store feeling defeated and disrespected. I have been a loyal Pandora shopper for over a decade, I’ve never encountered such disrespectful treatment before. I sincerely hope Pandora at Market Mall addresses this issue and provides proper training because this was not a okay experience. I understand it can get busy but that is no excuse to treat customers this way.
