Charm Diamond Centres has been proudly Canadian owned and operated for over half a century, with more than 80 stores across the country. As a family-run business, their commitment to quality and customer care truly stands out! It was wonderful to learn that they specialize in ethically sourced Glacier Fire Diamonds, which are uniquely laser-inscribed with both an identification number and a maple leaf ? which certifies their Canadian origin.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM STAFF

From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome. Their knowledge and professionalism made for a great first impression:

1) MORGAN, the Store Manager, took the time to walk me through the range of products and services offered.

2) MELINDA, the Assistant Manager, was clear and helpful in discussing jewelry appraisal pricing, which I greatly appreciated.

3) ROSA, the Sales Consultant, was equally impressive, offering the best options and pricing for jewelry cleaning with a kind and courteous approach.

WARM AND PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE

The atmosphere in the store is warm and inviting. The staff aren’t just professional, they’re also genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to help without being pushy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.

Melinda and Olivia were so phenomenal at charm, when I walked in they treated me with kindness respect and were literally my personal hype ladies. At the end of the day I'm not sure if my partner ended up going with the ring from this place as the final decision was his. I would 100% give this business and these ladies my business over and over again. If you want professionalism, a great deal and quality go to charm and deal with these two ladies. Already recommending them to everyone!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Charm Jewellers in Market Mall, especially Morgan, the store manager. After 7 years of wearing my wedding ring every single day, it started to show some major signs of wear and tear. I’ve had issues with my rings before, but this was the FIRST time I felt like someone genuinely cared about helping me.

Morgan went ABOVE and BEYOND. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made sure that every concern I had was taken seriously. She didn’t just try to get the problem “fixed,” she treated my ring like it was as special and meaningful as it was the day I got it. ?❤️

Her level of service blew us away. In fact, we’re considering renewing our vows soon and, thanks to Morgan, we know we’ll be going back to Charm to choose our new rings. The care and attention we received reminded us that we made the right choice all those years ago when we first walked into that store.

If you want to feel taken care of and truly valued as a customer, go see Morgan at Charm Jewellers. She turned a stressful situation into a beautiful reminder of why our rings, as well as the people who help us care for them, matter so much. Thank you, Morgan!!

I had the most wonderful experience! Words cannot describe Morgan’s incredible professionalism and confidence in her work! I’ve never had a better shopping experience than at this charm and I can happily say that’s due to Morgan. She was so kind as I took my time deciding the most perfect jewellery that I feel fit me and she gave me incredible recommendations as to what matches me best! Disappointed and Frustrated – Wrong Ring Size and Poor Service

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I trusted this store to measure my finger size correctly for my wedding ring, which is such an important and meaningful purchase. When I finally received the ring, it fit so hard– it doesn’t go over my knuckle!

I called to resolve the issue, only to be told that I would need to pay extra to resize it because my purchase “doesn’t include the warranty.” This is outrageous, especially since the employee I dealt with clearly told me the warranty was included.

Why should I have to pay more for a mistake that wasn’t mine? I expected better service, especially for something as personal and emotional as a wedding ring. I feel let down and taken advantage of. Definitely not the experience I hoped for, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
