I have owned my 3 wedding rings from Executive Diamonds for over 16 years now. I recently brought them in to be re-sized and I am thrilled with how they turned out - they’re as beautiful as they were when we first purchased them years ago. I received outstanding customer service from Lorraine at the front, and she wasn’t happy until I was happy. I would (and have) absolutely recommend Executive Diamonds. Even prior to the recent experience with them, I have always been treated exceptionally well by this business. My original rings have withstood a great deal, and I’ve never had an issue with a claw, missing diamonds or otherwise. You will not regret purchasing for your jewelry here!! 5/5 for sure

I recently got engaged and absolutely love the ring! It did fit but with Calgary temperatures I find my fingers fluctuate in size. I worked with Lorraine to help me decide if it needed to be resized and to what size. She was lovely to work with and very knowledgeable. My ring was ready within 2 hours of dropping it off and fits perfectly. I will definitely be a returning customer if I need any help with my jewelry in the future.

We purchased a replacement for a lost wedding set. When we entered the store, we felt no pressure from Magan to purchase a ring bigger and more expensive than the insurance payout. She made us feel comfortable and was very accommodating. We took our time to find the perfect ring and she was patient and gave us many options. The ring had to be made custom but arrived before the time promised. All in all, we are very happy with the treatment we received, and the excellent service provide. We felt no pressure at all. We’d highly recommend Executive Diamonds for your next jewelry purchase.

I was sent to executive diamonds through my insurance company after I lost the main diamond of my wedding ring. I was super happy with the service I received from Selena. She helped me find the perfect upgraded diamond for my ring. I appreciated her responsiveness, knowledge and genuine excitement in tracking down my beautiful diamond and getting my ring back together.
