Troy Shoppe jewellers are amazing! I had a ring made at another Calgary Jeweler that I had HUGE problems with from the moment I bought it. I arrived at Troy Shoppe hoping for a second opinion on the ring and they were honest and thorough and helped me consider all my options with no pressure. My existing ring was so badly damaged by bad fixes and harsh polishing that I ended up having it made into a gorgeous pendant by Troy Shoppe and then had them build me a new ring. Every step of the way David and Lanny were patient, helpful, thoughtful and had great ideas! I adore my new ring and my pendant and have had no issues with either. I would send everyone I know to them! Thank you Troy Shoppe.

Great experience with Thais! She took her time showing us the existing stock and then ultimately worked with us to design a bezel setting custom ring. Thais is knowledgeable and experienced. Once we pinned down the general design, we then worked with the jeweler, David. He created the CAD rendering and addressed my questions and concerns. His detailed explanation gave me lots of reassurance about the structural integrity of the design. I would highly recommend Troy Shoppe, thanks to Thais and David!

It’s been almost two months since I received my new ring from Troy Shoppe Jewellers and I’m in love. I can’t stop looking at my hand, admiring the beauty and the brilliance of my new treasure. Thais guided us through the design process and together created three pieces using the gems from my 30 year old engagement set. My finger is now adorned with a modern, timeless bedazzler that still embodies the sentimental value of my original ring.

Many thanks to Thais and the craftspeople who invested their skills into my jewellery. The quality of the center stone and the custom band are flawless. With kindness, patience and superior expertise, Thais made this luxury purchase such a positive and personal experience.

I look forward to visiting Thais again for my biannual cleaning and to see what other treasures Troy Shoppe has to offer to add to my collection.

Excellent experience. We came in looking for wedding bands and were very comfortable throughout our visit.
