My sister and I had our brows waxed, did our pedicure and our nails done. Janvi and Harlene did an exceptional job on our nails, as you can see from the pictures.
They were extremely kindhearted and guided us along through the process. Time went by so quick as we had such a nice chat as well. Not to mention, the prices were reasonably charged for the nails we did.

Totally recommend these girls to do your nails! Will definitely come back.

Took some amazing services at flawless spa . Very professional and kind staff , loved Janvi and Harlen’s work.
I tried microblading,manicure and pedicure and it is worth every penny. The services are so good . I absolutely loved the pedicure which comes with wonderful massage ,manicure with such creativity that your hands will thank you for all the care !
All this in such reasonable prices.
I am always scared to get my eyebrows done but Jan I took really good care and finally I got a perfect shape with absolutely no pain
This is definitely going to be my regular go to place !

I got my nails done for the first time and jhanvi was so nice and friendly throughout the whole process! She did an amazing job. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and she did it with so much care and determination — the results were perfect! Highly recommend her for anyone looking for great service and a warm experience ?

Have shellac on my natural nails and was looking for a polish change. They said they offered soak to remove. However had to stop the young girl from grinding all off. Had to explain how to soak cotton ball and then wrap in foil and sit but clearly they are not experienced in this technique. The o the girl came with her grinding machine and again tried to grind it off. Told them
It needs to sit for a few minutes and will bubble and then you can lightly use your tools. This is when they said they don’t do this so had to leave with no the worst experience ever and have been getting my nails done professionally for over 30 years! Truly amateurs and unqualified nail salon.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The technician applied glitter over wet polish on their own. The end result was a thick, lumpy, and uneven mess that looked completely unprofessional.

I was told my nails would dry in 10 minutes, and I followed that instruction. I did not leave in a rush or ignore advice—I simply relied on the timeline given to me. It’s unacceptable for the salon to later turn around and place the blame on me for their poor technique.

While they offered a complimentary polish, that doesn’t excuse the quality of the manicure—or lack thereof. A freebie is not a replacement for doing your job properly.

What’s even more disappointing is how the situation was handled when I voiced my concerns. I asked for a refund (rightfully so), and instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was accused of “threatening” to leave a review. As a paying customer, I am fully entitled to share my experience—especially when I paid for a horrible paint job I had to remove before a Father’s Day family event because it looked so bad. Honestly, a kindergartener could’ve done a better job than what this “salon” delivered.

Calling a customer a bully because you don’t like their honest feedback is completely out of line. You were paid for a service that was subpar at best—and insulting your client after the fact only shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a spa that actually respects its clients and takes pride in their work.
