Every time I come to Pedi n Nails I have an amazing experience! Justice has been my go to person for this past year and a half that I started coming here and I’ve never loved a nail place so much. The service is amazing and the staff is always welcoming and fun. I look forward to my sessions with Justice because she is such a kind and fun person who I look forward to catching up with every 3-4 weeks. Not to mention she always does the BEST job with my nails and never shys away from the designs I bring her. She’s so talented and I’m so grateful to have found her!!

The staff were all very nice, friendly & clean! If you’re looking for a place to get your nails done where they do an amazing job and make the whole process comfortable, I’d highly recommend getting your nails done here! (especially by Justice and Jenni!)

This was my second time trying this location and I’m definitely going to be a regular! Justice did my fill and polish and was absolutely amazing! She was so professional, quick and did an absolutely perfect job. She’s a lovely person and so easy to talk to which made my visit incredibly enjoyable. Justice is my new go to person now for my nails !

I’ve been coming to this salon for quite some time and have always appreciated the service from many of the nail techs. Unfortunately, I’ve had to cancel a few appointments last-minute due to things beyond my control—but I always called ahead to let them know.

Today, when I called to cancel, I was told by the owner that because I’ve canceled a few times, I should stick to walk-ins from now on. While I do understand that last-minute cancellations can be difficult for any business, it felt a little dismissive—especially considering I’ve still kept many of my appointments and have even recommended the salon to friends and family.

I originally left a one-star review without context and ended up receiving multiple phone calls from the owner and a nail tech. I’m updating my review now to explain my side of things—and I respectfully ask that they not continue reaching out.

My nails hurt and my cuticles are in pain and bleeding. On top of ripping my nails apart, they are shaped hideously. They look like dinosaur nails and half are pointed while the rest are rounded. Nail polish is very chunky, because she applied about 6 coats while trying to fix the messy, sloppy polish. Polish is bubbling, crooked, all over my cuticles, and uneven. It looks like my children did this. I asked her to fix it and she ridiculed me loudly repeating the word “straight” in English, because I asked her to make straight lines instead of the messy, botchy uneven polish she applied. The manager sees “nothing wrong” but offered to fix it. She also had me pay in FULL and didn’t offer any discount on this mess.
