I was happy to find this site that would deliver my favorite hair care products. Disappointed when the box arrived with one container damaged and shampoo all over the inside of the box. It was obviously not packed very securely with all the items simply placed in a slightly too large box with one piece of crumpled paper inside to keep things from shifting around. Extremely disappointed when the company estimated the amount of spilled product from the photos (how is that even possible?) and offered me a prorated discount instead of outright offering to replace the damaged product. If I’d wanted a replacement I would have had to wait for a claim to be made with the shipper and no promise of what redress would be if they refused the claim. As I was away from home when I received the package (shipped to vacation spot) it just all seemed unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient for me. So just beware if you order here that you can’t count on delivery in good condition and if things arrive damaged they won’t want to make it easy to get a replacement. Not what I’d call good customer service. The only thing that saves them from one star is that they did offer an option. It just wasn’t convenient nor did it demonstrate that they actually cared about their customer.

Now responding to the comment from the owner that I “embellished my review”. My comments exactly reflect my experience and the communications received from the company. I’ve attached a screenshot of their email to me, and the photos of the packaging that I shared with them. I will say they did promptly send the refund when I decided that was the easiest and least hassle for me. Although I’m still not sure what I’ll do with the damaged bottle.
