i got my nails done 5 days ago and already 3 of them have fallen off randomly. i proceeded to call the manger (lana) and she yelled at me and ended the phone in my face and my mothers to. this has also happened to my mother. very bad costumer service

HORRIBLE!! MY NAILS CHIPPED OFF EVERYDAY AND THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SO NOW I HAVE CHIPPED NAILS THAT I WASTED MY MONEY ON. SINCE I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE NAIL POLISH, I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO GET A DIFFERENT COLOUR, AND EVEN THEN IT CONTINUED TO CHIP! I RECOMMENDED THEM TO SO MANY PEOPLE, I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR OVER A YEAR AND THIS IS HOW I GOT TREATED?!

Hurtful!! Painful experience!
Filed my nails with a dremmel and went through my nail and hurt my nail bed.
Scraped new skin off of mums feet. She told her twice it’s too painful, and she continue. Mum pulled her feet away. Her feet were tender for about 2 weeks and still very rough.
Nail polish was clumpy and didn’t look professional. Staff was rude.
The nail is finally healing ❤️‍?

Went to JD nails and spa on skyview for fill on hands and was given a quote of $50 for fill $15 for tip and $5 for gems on hands and $45 for toes included white tip shellac and fill on big toes only. Later the technician told me my nails look nice without the gems on and while paying the old fellow at the reception billed me $126. I understand the gst but when I asked he is charging me more they started arguing in their language and at the end I felt embarrassed and ended up paying the $126 and left. Both their nail technician who gave the quote completed ignored me when I asked them about the prices. So be careful next time.
