Only had my nails done a couple times, didn't know what to expect. I had an appointment the next day but they were able to fit me in when I called the day before. I was greeted by friendly staff that were very patient with my lack of understanding. I forget the name of the woman who worked on my nails but she was very kind, skilled, and got the job done quickly and beautifully. I am so happy with the results and will definitely be returning for fills/new sets.

Whenever I am visiting from the US, I always get my nails done at this location by Lana and her team. They were wonderful during my visit today. Lana worked and delivered with my french shellac fill; I'm very picky with my nails and she adhered to all my little comments. Her coworker (my apologies because I didn't ask for her name) checked in with me during my pedi and after every step to ensure my toe nails were exactly the way I wanted: very square and with thin french lines.

I am obsessed. My nails, cuticles, and fine french lines are clean and crisp. Don't hesitate to visit and get your nails done by Lana and her team! :-)

I’ve been to this salon multiple times, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. The nail technician was clearly in a rush and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone. There was no effort to make me feel welcome or comfortable something that should be a basic standard in any customer-facing business. I expect to be treated with respect when I’m paying for a service, and that was completely lacking today. It’s really disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior, especially from a place I’ve supported before.

I've had my own long nails since I was a teenager I'm over 60 I love getting a pedicure and started letting these women work on my nails they try to talk you into gel and shellac overtime this absolutely ruins natural nails due to the equipment they use to remove the products it grinds down your nails i it's over 4 months now and my nails are long and beautiful there so long right now they don't look real. the owner said my nails were soft and I need acrylic she was trying to make more money from me I'm very outspoken and I told her they ruined my nails their reaction was to gang up on me and call me really mean names they were so cruel and awful I haven't been back since after many years of going in for pedicures on a regular basis for years. by all means if you need gel or acrylic go here if you have strong nice nails do not put shellac on them but definitely don't talk back to these mean nasty Asians they turn into bullies remember you're the customer and you know what is best for you stay strong I guess all these years was just about how much money they can trick me into spending which is why they upsell shellac so much so glad I never let them talk me into putting it on my toenails they would have ruined those as well
Sure they can be sweet if you're spending money
Footnote spent the last 12 hours researching removing shellac what I have discovered is the nail should be soaked in acetone for 15 minutes and then wrapped in foil Lana's nails never did this they use their electric grinding equipment to remove the shellac! Are they lazy are they inexperienced or what was the real agenda to ruin my nails

The worst experience ever, it was my first time going there and the guy there was so rude. The reason I am writing this review is he ask me if I want to tip in cash, I was not happy with everything and I don’t wanted to tip I just wanted to get out there so fast, so I said I am not going to tip in cash or card, guess what he said why you don’t want to tip? Do you even ask a customer why you don’t want to tip? This is the worse service ever
