I've been getting laser hair removal treatments at this clinic for a few months now and I would highly recommend it. The clinic exercises a lot of care while delivering the treatments to ensure you get the best results while adhering to proper safety precautions. Additionally, the staff is always professional yet friendly and helpful (thank you Ashlee!).

I had a great experience at Laserbody MD. I went in for a HydraFacial with Sukh, and she was amazing—super gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the treatment. My skin felt incredibly refreshed and glowing afterward. The clinic is clean, professional, and has a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Laserbody MD, especially if you’re looking for a quality facial treatment with someone as skilled and kind as Sukh. Moreover, Tamara at front desk has great customer service and goes above and beyond!

Definitely recommend them!!

My experience with this business has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Customer service is severely lacking. Emails go ignored unless payment is due—at which point they suddenly become responsive, applying pressure to pay quickly without giving you the time or information needed to make informed decisions. It's manipulative and opportunistic.

The front desk staff are not properly trained and routinely give out incorrect information. I explicitly told them I was travelling to India, and they still booked me for a laser appointment just three days after my return—something that directly violates their own policies.

I was also told by front desk staff that ending my membership would not affect the remaining three treatments I had already paid for—but now they’re refusing to let me finish those sessions. That’s not just misleading, it’s unethical. It shows a complete disregard for client trust and transparency.

To top it off, they run raffles where customers are encouraged to leave five-star reviews in exchange for free treatments. This completely undermines the credibility of their online rating and is incredibly misleading to prospective clients.

Overall, you do not get what you pay for here. Between the misinformation, lack of professionalism, and shady review incentives, I cannot recommend this business.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Misleading and Untrustworthy!
I started my Laser hair removal treatment in 2023 and completed my 8th session in November 2024. Throughout my treatment, the clinic changed their machinery—not the technology (as they claim), but the brand. However, at my 5th session, the clinical assistant specifically told me it was a newer machine with higher effectiveness and even tested different levels on my skin.

Every single session, I got different explanations from different staff members. They don’t provide correct information; instead, they mislead you!

After my 8th session, I went for an assessment and pointed out that there was very little reduction in hair on my hands. Shockingly, in some areas where I never had hair before, I now have new growth! Marlin admitted that this can happen when there’s a change in machinery. I asked what could be done, and she said she’d check with management but offered me an 80% discount on additional sessions. I told her I wanted to speak directly with management.

I sent 3–4 emails explaining everything, and eventually, Joslyn called me. She assured me she would do something and follow up within a week. Guess what? Nobody called me back. When I followed up, I was told Joslyn was no longer with the clinic.

Then I was passed to Tamara, who finally called me back—only to say the technology was the same, so they take no responsibility. Suddenly, the discount dropped to 50%. They asked me to come in for another assessment, and then Tamara disappeared that day!

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of clear communication, constant changes in responses, and refusal to take responsibility have made it very difficult to trust this clinic. I was only asking for one complementary patch session before committing to additional sessions, yet that request was denied while they were willing to offer a chemical peel instead. After investing time and money into 8 sessions, I expected better support and transparency. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this clinic based on my experience.
