The service was exceptional from start to finish! The space was clean, calming, and welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable and took great care to explain each step of the Hydro Facial + Face Lift Facial. I felt relaxed the entire time and left with glowing, firmer skin. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. Highly recommend this place for anyone serious about skincare!

30 minutes late for my appointment after standing outside in the cold waiting for someone to come to the door. The contact mum we listed on the door is out of service and the parking situation is less than ideal. Then I had the worst massage ever using a dollar store massage tool. Ended with the girl saying I’m gonna wash your face and proceeds to do just that. Not what I wanted and definitely not worth the money spent. Do not go here it is far from a luxurious spa experience.
