Always friendly, always quick to communicate with and communications are clear.

Products are high quality and soft! I've washed mine many times and the art has not degraded or peeled at all. They also keep their shape.

Our team put in an order and I loved it so much that the week the order arrived I had to put in another one for myself! In my individual order I had one item arrive with a couple of seams that were coming apart and missing a logo I had added. When I sent a message to the customer service team, they responded quickly and gave me the option to send the original one back to be repaired, or have it replaced entirely. They sent the new one out that day and it was perfect. I love the opportunity to support local rather than ordering from the states and they have been so wonderful to work with!

I have ordered 4 team unit orders from Luz and her fantastic team! One of my website orders had a slight defect and Luz was simply wonderful in sending a replacement piece immediately. The colors, the comfort of the tees, hoodies and crews is just divine. Price points are beyond reasonable, customer service is outstanding and I am proud to support such a lovely health care professional and her local company.

Great quality shirts- both the logo and the material. We loved our order so much that we had to do a second round! Luz was great at creating some beautiful options for our logo. Ordering was easy and delivery went unhitched! Would recommend her company to anyone!

I had such a smooth and easy experience organizing a group order with Lubdub!
Everyone I had contact with were super helpful and accommodating. My department and I have wanted to get group apparel before, but could never find a company to work with. This was the perfect one!
I described my idea for a special logo and was absolutely delighted with the very first version suggested.
The method for each person to make their order is so simple it took off any strain on me as the organizer. I felt like I barley had anything to do!
I highly recommend doing a group order through Lubdub.
