Went into Micheal Hill to get my rings cleaned and was treated very warmly by everyone. I worked with Monita (I’m sorry if I spelt it wrong) and she was lovely to work with! Went in for a cleaning and she was knowledgeable about the rings and dug deeper to check on care for the rings and if we could get them sent away for a deeper cleaning. Waiting for the rings to be cleaned she was friendly, made great conversation and made sure I enjoyed the process (even though I was just waiting). I recommend them to everyone I see as I’ve never had a bad experience!

My experience purchasing diamonds and jewelry from Michael Hill in Calgary, Edmonton and Fort Mac was amazing!

I love Michael Hill's diamonds and jewelry, they are unique, delicate, stunning and highest quality. I have loved everything I have purchased.

Great customer service here, along with Shy, who exemplifies grace and style in all that she does, so friendly, caring, and wonderful! As was the rest of the staff were also great!

I highly recommend it!

We bought wedding bands from here and have had the inspections done, nothing but great things to say about the team here!

We have always been greated when we walk in and always had questions answered, when we wanted to shop around to look at other options they were very undsrstanding.

Even when we dropped our rings off for cleaning and inspection they handled the rings with care, and polished them to new.

Very good service and customer experience.

I was looking for an elongated cushion cut ring but had a worker mansplain that it’s actually a radiant cut. I felt so uncomfortable due to his attitude.

Worker needs more education in this line of work.
