Got a Tattoo here in Jan 2025, I have been thinking about for a long time and managed to incorporate it with a memorial to my Mom. Dom was awesome and easy to work with with provided ideas of what I was going for. He saw the vison and didnt over complicate it. Clean shop, good tunes and great conversations, fast professional and dam the detail is incredible. Beyond happy with his work, will definitely be back.

I booked a full day with Dom after seeing his work online and feeling drawn to the style and shading of one of his previous lion tattoos I saw online. This was my first tattoo experience ever, and I had no idea what to expect from the process.

From the moment I walked in until I left at the end of the day, Dom made the whole experience truly enjoyable and comfortable throughout. He’s a true master of the craft with impeccable attention to detail and skill, and I am beyond thrilled with the result. If I could give this artist 6 stars I would - it was a pleasure to spend the day in the shop, and am incredibly happy I trusted Dom with the design and execution. I had a fantastic overall experience and love my new tattoo. Great tattoo from a great guy, highly recommend.

After my dad passed a year ago, I knew I wanted something to honour him but wasn’t sure what/how it should look. I did some research and found Dom’s work on the internet and loves his style. I booked a consult with him and he was able to take what was in my head and created an absolutely beautiful tattoo. We had the tattoo booked and done the day before what would have been my dad’s birthday which made it that much more amazing! I was nervous about pain and how it would turn out but I could not have been happier with not only the experience but the tattoo itself is gorgeous!! I will definitely be going back for more!! Dom is incredible and I would highly recommend anyone to go to him!

I recently had a tattoo done by Dom at Modern Markings, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I messaged Dom, he was incredibly approachable and easy to talk to. He made the entire process comfortable from planning to paying. He was open to discussing any ideas I had. His artwork is diverse, whether you’re looking for something in black and grey or full colour, or maybe a cover up. He’s so approachable, skilled, diverse, and creative. I highly recommend Dom for anyone looking for a talented and easygoing artist who can bring your vision to life! I have seen 3 artists in Airdrie. This is who I will go back to and recommend to everyone.
