I just left with a gorgeous set of nails. The shape was lovely and a lot of effort was put into them. The best part tho was the service! Specifically a worker named Soon she was amazing!! 10/10 recommend.

They were nice no doubt about that but the lady doing my nails was a older lady middle aged I would say and didn't speak English but that doesn't matter but didn't know how to do a flower design made someone else do it not a problem but when she was filing my nail down from the attempt she made at it she drilled it so hard and deep my nails were hurting. I have never complained about my nails hurting but after 2 hours my nails are still hurting even tho I wasn't rough with my hand. I want to take off my nails but I paid $97 for them. I shouldn't feel like this. And before the design thing she filed so close that she cut me on my pinky. I really would like a refund but I doubt I can, very sad very disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money instead of enjoying my nails. My nails are hurting so bad that I feel like they will leave dents on my nails ??

I’m very disappointed with my first experience at this nail salon. I ended up with a painful wound on my finger because the nail technician was too rough and not gentle at all. It felt like she was rushing, and it really hurt. On top of that, the staff were just talking and laughing with each other the whole time, not paying attention to their work. I expected better service, especially for my first time. Now I have a wound that’s still sore, and I honestly regret coming here. Definitely not going back

Do not recommend. The customer service is terrible; they ignore suggestions and take the easy way out. During my first visit, the pedicure machine overflowed, soaking my shoes, and they just laughed instead of offering a discount. For my nails, they didn't ask about the shape and got angry when I requested almond-shaped nails, then charged extra for fixing their mistake. They also increased the price due to my 'wide nail beds' and yelled at me in front of other customers. Plus, they switched technicians at the last minute twice and didn’t listen to my needs.
