Went in to get nails removed. They left half of the fake nails on, they were uneven, lumpy, and chipped. They were peeling and overall in pretty rough shape over all. I’ve never had nails looking this bad after a removal.

Horrible experience, customer service was terrible and the place was so dirty. My nails look so bulky and everytime I would tell her to fix something she would roll her eyes at me. You would think that for the price you’re paying you would at least have a proper chair to sit on but they’re all ripped and taped together with duct tape. Nothing was wiped down between clients and they use the same instruments. I would never return or suggest this place to anyone!
