A beautiful, clean, and very professional salon! I’ve been going to Jenessa for the past 10 years and she’s always taken incredible care of me and my hair. Her number one concern is always to maintain the health and integrity of my hair and she always works with me to create a game plan to get me to my hair goals while keeping my hair healthy. She’s also hilarious and very welcoming, so those sometimes lengthy appointments always fly by! Couldn’t recommend Jenessa and her gorgeous salon more!

I had my hair done by Janessa and two of her wonderful hair stylists, Kenny and Kayden. For the longest time, I absolutely hated my hair and would always wear it up. Mind you, I have really thick long hair. Janessa took her time to correct and fix the monstrosity of a head I had when I came to her and the outcome was well worth the money I spent, and well worth the time waited. ? She consulted me throughly and was very transparent with me in the process which I absolutely admired. Kenny also gave me the best scalp massage ever. Over all, Noctem was such a welcoming environment and being in a room full with happy, energetic, funny and passionate women made the long appointment well worth it also. ☺️

i’ve been coming to jenessa for years now. i’ve tried other stylists and i always come back to jenessa. my hair has never been healthier after A LOT of bleach. she is an absolute wizard with everything hair. i’ll never go anywhere else.

I went for a consult at the time Janessa scheduled, 1:45pm. When I arrived she was busy finishing with a client. She asked me to wait 5-10 mins. I had no issue waiting. 15 minutes pass and she is still talking with her previous client. I had to be somewhere else so I let her know I had to leave and that we’d talk again. She then sends me 2 long text messages which were SO rude. Janessa was actually very rude from the start of interacting with her over text. I should have stepped back and realized how rude she was from our very 1st interaction, but silly me, I let it pass. Rude and entitled. She text me saying “good luck finding someone to do your hair”. Well thank you, because I did find someone, Tiffany Bushel at Hair Lab is amazing. I just spent $1000 with her and I couldn’t be happier.

No, I didn’t slam the door. I’m not an enraged lunatic. This is actually so funny to me. I wasn’t even mad. I’m still not mad. I’m laughing at how someone in any profession would treat a client this way. I didn’t beg for an appointment. Janessa chose the appointment time. Perhaps book appointments at times which work for you. Stay humble out there. It’s a competitive market.
