I have bought packages for both deep extraction facials and Kyung Lak facials. Was seeing Nadia (mainly for deep extractions) and Jas (for Kyung Lak). Both are extremely talented in what they do. They are friendly and accommodating. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and I see results every time. I always enjoy my time there and feel completely relaxed afterwards. I wish I live closer. Highly recommend for their facials!

As part of my wedding prep, I’ve been visiting Ooyu for pico laser toning to improve my skin texture. Extremely pleased with the improvements so far and can’t wait to finish my treatments to see the lasting results! The pain is tolerable and technicians take good care of me with the numbing cream before the procedure and aftercare with a cooling mask. Always a pleasure coming in for my appointments as the team is very kind and welcoming. See you again soon for my next appointment!

After an initial misunderstanding for an appointment time, I was so impressed that the spa reached out to me later to rectify the issue (especially as a first time customer)! This demonstrates their strong commitment to customer service, which is definitely lacking in many places now! I had my first Pico laser toning treatment yesterday with Jas, and she spent a lot of time going over my skin with the laser. She also applied a cold sheet mask after the treatment to calm the redness, which I really appreciated! I will definitely be coming back for other services in the future.

I believed the ‘permanent make-up ’ clinician was a well informed/educated person in her field.
I had never met the girl who administered the laser work. I never knew her name. I met her for just a few minutes before she began the laser treatment, at the same time I was completing a legal document agreeing to the process immediately before it began.
I shall request a copy of that document, completed on-line !
No one previously indicated I was to complete this document, nor the contents therein.
When the laser ‘technician’ showed me into the room where the procedure was to take place within moments, there was no explanation as to why and how this procedure was to be administered, nor what the laser machine was to do and why it was the major factor in the operation.
She spoke very limited English.
She spoke few words of explanation about the steps to be taken immediately.
She did not wash her hands as I perceived no water running.
She did not wear gloves at all during the procedure, which lasted perhaps 20 minutes.
Ten minutes later, in the reception room I was told that today I would be charged the following for removal of the first bandages and lifting of the lasered skin , after which new bandages would be applied for another 2 weeks to ob-serve the final outcome of the treatment.
The charges would be ………..…..
I have today received information from an established business of spa laser hair treatments, DIVA,
THEIR COSTS FOR LASER TREATMENT ARE CONSIDERABLY LOWER THAN ARE YOURS.
Originally I was only told the costs for laser work on the face and only after the work was completed was I told of the total cost for both the face and upper chest.
At which time it was suggested I pay the total cost, before the 2 week time passed to see the progress/ success of the treatment.
I agreed to pay one-half of that total, not possibly to be aware of the results of the procedure 10 minutes after the laser work was completed.
To the kind people there,
I shall finish my evaluation over this weekend. I do not have the time to do so until then.

When leaving the office the MANAGER (perhaps) expressed sincere concerns and apologies for the details in my review. I appreciated this very much.
I look forward to see the results of the procedure.
