Got the most beautiful balayage done today. Navjot and the 2 other ladies helping, were so wonderful and kind. It’s blended beautifully and I’m so obsessed!! Would definitely recommend!! (Photo taken a few hours later and it was a little windy lol)

This was honestly a waste of money. It’s a Punjabi salon, and like many others, they don’t give the real price up front. I was told $180–$250 on the phone, but the moment I sat down, they said it would be $400 for mid-back hair. No warning, no breakdown—just made-up pricing on the spot.i got the balayage without bleach.

I asked for a specific color, and they gave me something totally different. When I questioned it, the excuse was “Oh, your hair was black.” Seriously? That’s something you tell the client before you start, not after messing it up.

The foils were also uneven—one side has color, the other barely has anything. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it or even apologizing, the stylist just got defensive and rude.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Zero professionalism, fake pricing, and poor results. I’ll never go back.
