We just took possession of our new home today and couldn’t be more impressed with the whole process with Trico.

The Pine Creek sales team was so helpful at every stage and made sure that we were comfortable with all decisions. There were so many selections available at the design centre - something we didn’t have with our last builder.

Our site manager, Jamie, took so much time and care to make sure that all the details of our house were just right.

Overall, a great experience and we would recommend Trico to all.

Working with Trico has been amazing experience for us as a first time buyer. Area representatives Will and Danny has been nothing sort of amazing during this entire process. They are attentive and answers all the questions promptly. The trico team at the design center was great as well. Albert over at the design center was quite involved. She helped us make informed decisions and had some good suggestions for the interior. All in all it has been a great experience for us so far with Trico.

Moving from a different city, we purchased a spec home in Pine Creek without seeing it in person. It felt like a big risk, but the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had made the right choice. The home felt warm, welcoming, and like it was always meant to be ours.

Every question is answered quickly, and it’s clear that Trico genuinely cares about its homeowners.

The process was transparent and easy. My sales person Will was very helpful. He explained in clear terms every step and that made it less stressful. Virtuo App is a good guide it shows the up to date progress of the construction. Overall, I am satisfied with Trico Homes.
