I have already made a complaint about this multiple times and it has been ignored. For the amount I pay in rent to live here it is absolutely unacceptable that I have to watch as people jump into the dumpsters and rip through my garbage ?! Everyday I walk by the dumpster there is a new person tossing garbage OUT of the dumpster, rummaging through my garbage bag!!! Private property signs are listed all over the property yet nobody inforces them! The ground around the dumpster are always disgusting because of people dumpster diving, throwing garbage out, and not cleaning up after themselves! What a disgrace. And a complete invasion of privacy!!! I was told to email them with my concerns.. I emailed them months ago and that email has gone UNREAD!! Unacceptable.

Worst complex I’ve lived in my life. Water has been shut off for over a week, TWICE during my 12 month lease. Garbages are constantly overflowing. They leave old appliances on tenants decks for weeks, see water heater in pics. They refuse to remove and leaves in the fall and don’t do snow removal in the winter, Canada post stopped service this winter-see pics again. The utilities are expensive here-plan to pay over $300/month for a single person, and still have a cold unit in the winter. Hasib is a horrible manager and should lose his job immediately.

Worst place to rent . The landlord is incompetent. Don’t know how to repair anything have water damage in the place we had which we told them multiple times never fixed it. They’ve had so many issues with bedbugs and roaches and mice. They have random cats running around. They have an aggressive dog allowing it to run around mean well it has tried to attack multiple dogs and the owner doesn’t put it on a leash and the landlord does nothing to prevent it. There cat and dog faeces everywhere. They don’t keep up with carbon monoxide detectors mine have been expired for 2 years. Most of the places don’t have 2 fire alarms only one. They don’t properly shovel the snow, always has ice durn winter times. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

We have lived here for over 4 years back in 2021 it was reasonable at 1250$ for rent now every year they raise it without doing anything to the property there is constantly garbage everywhere from homeless people going through the dumpsters they rent to addicts and police are here almost everyday due to that the walls are paper thin so you hear everything your neighbors do, the parking lot has a sewage leak that they refuse to fix and spews out sewage water your gutters will never get cleaned as well as the fire places if you need something fixed in your place prepare to wait weeks before getting it dealt with, they do not clean the places right after a move out and will just paint over any dirt there is no money put into these units which is strange because they make so much a month do not rent here you'll find something better also your utility bill will be around 250-600$ a month because of poor insulation

Edit: Since we have put in our notice of moving because of black mold the landlord Shelly has illegally entered our unit we have multiple eye witness seeing her enter our unit with people do not trust Shelly she tries to conduct illegal move out inspections and will just walk into your unit she is the worst landlord and we have reported her to Main St head office multiple times our neighbour is also collecting everyone’s issues around us Shelly also didn’t want someone calling 911 because of a sulphur smell coming from a furnace because they refused to fix it this is a dangerous living environment you will find better these bad review are real and you do not want to rent from Main St or have Shelly as your landlord nothing will get done in your unit and the black mold is very present from water damage in almost every unit every one of our neighbours moved out at the same time due to these issues and them trying to raise rent to almost 2k without doing any sort of work or repairs

DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT LUNG PROBLEMS

Horrible all around Service terrible building management, reach out to the building manager doesn't respond for over a month mention any service concerns as it is up to them to determine if they find your concern an issue or not. Further leave a review they ask to email there email to make it look like they care asked to be contacted directly they don't care

Neighbors some are good lot of screaming and yelling wouldn't recommend rasing a family in this complex.
