I must say that I got exceptionally fantastic experience with the Shane home warranty person ( Nate Klap). He’s a great person. He explained me a bunch of stuff that is needed To maintain the house. Help me throughout the inspection process. He spend well over two hours to find all the issues and fix bunch of stuff right away and arranged trade persons according to our schedule. I am looking forward to work with Shane home and Nate Kalp again. I want to inform Shane home That we need a service support like this person provided for all of our house inspection.

We recently build the house with Shane Homes, and I am having an amazing experience from the start till possession! Anand Mahadev - sale person, Andrew Thompson-sale person, Jose - project manager: this team is absolutely incredible!!! I was mainly communicated with Anand and I highly recommend him! He is very professional, quick for response, very knowledgeable, friendly, any documents or information I needed he is quick to send me back within minutes!!! Very professional, high standards!
I have no regrets I went with Shane Homes, everything is so organized, you don't have any headaches, no any hicks ups!!!
Shane Homes basic option is upscale and variety of products!!!
The whole process went so smooth!
Also, all organized so well even small details! I highly recommend Anand and Andrew in Shane Homes!

This is my first time leaving a one-star review. While the salesmen, Andrew and Anand, were great, the after-sales service has been absolutely awful.
We reached out to address two issues with our flooring—one where it kept snagging my socks and another involving multiple bumps. The technician who came to fix it arrived with nothing more than a hammer and a knife, and his approach was shocking. He literally made the floor worse. Instead of properly repairing the problem, he just cut the corners of the affected areas with a knife and attempted to flatten the bumps by hammering them down. After his “repairs,” the entire surface felt wobbly, with noticeable dips and uneven spots that resembled bowls.
We were advised to contact Shane Homes for any issues related to contractors or surrounding areas. However, after contractors repeatedly trespassed into our backyard, I reached out for help. Their response? No real assistance—just a phone number and instructions to handle it myself. To make matters worse, one contractor even attempted to open our front door today, despite it being clear that the house was occupied. I’ve contacted Shane Homes multiple times, yet they’ve failed to respond.
Adding to the frustration, since Shane Homes is building a house next door, their workers have repeatedly discarded garbage in our front yard. They promised to remove it, but in the end, my husband had to clean it up himself.
If you’re considering purchasing a home from Shane Homes, be prepared to invest significant time and energy in dealing with these types of issues.
