I will start with I am not the most trusting with stylist off the get go. I have lived I. Very close proximity to Rapunzels for the last 13 years and have never ventured in. Boy am I glad I did! Tammy greeted me so pleasantly at the front and made me feel right at home right away she quickly made an appointment for me.
Upon entering the salon Fernando met me and welcomed me graciously! He took time, genuine time to understand what I wanted. I did not leave that salon with anything less than total satisfaction! The banter and neighbourhood history to chat about it made the appointment feel more like an evening with family! I’ll be going back. If you need a new stylist go see Fernando?

Oh my gosh what a wonderful place. A 3 hour appointment certainly didn't feel like it . Great conversation and humour passed the time quickly. Tammy and Fernando are delightful. I would reccomend this little shop in a heart beat. I'll be back, thank you!

I was here today to sharpen a many of Fernando's scissors. Customers can rest assured that Fernando's scissors are ready for your hair cutting needs and will provide a clean cut rather than crushed cut hair, thereby preventing split ends.
