Leslie was super nice and accommodating upon approaching me entering the store looking for jeans. I'm a smaller girl and Leslie helped me find jeans that were a right length, just sadly didn't have in stock a size 8 in the pants I liked, but she made sure to tell me the name of jeans so I can make sure to look for them in Edmonton.

Leslie was very nice and personal too. I'm happy to have a cute chat with her about the rest of my day plans. I would recommend seeing her at Rick's if you're looking for the perfect pair of jeans. Thanks again Leslie! I hope spelled her name right.

The Staff that were working on March 12 at 1pm'ish, were AMAZING!
I didn't realize this location was even here! My Sister is incredibly sick and bought a shirt at Ricki's the other day. Our Mom is forever wanting to get a photoshoot with us all matching or coordinating. I found so many beautiful shirts that would work. The Staff that were working on March 12 at 1pm'ish though, were AMAZING! I tried on so many shirts and pants for another event. & the size of shirt I ended up choosing, wasn't in stock, so its now ordered for me to pick up.

Awesome service. Greeted me and told me about specials, then left me to browse. Checked on me in the change room and offered suggestions. I didn’t make a huge purchase just a great deal on some camis but I will be back.

Ordered online and says pick up at Cross Iron branch but went there and their store was closed permanently. Called customer service and says I have to be the one to go to purolator to locate my order as there’s nothing they could do at their end!! Cannot even do a refund due to bankrupcy issue. OMG!! Too much hassle I said never mind!! Goodbye to my $40!! Thanks but no thanks!!
