You know when you actually found that person that one that knows how to do what you ask her to do and it turns out perfect! Well, I found it. Michelle is phenomenal. I went in and had my hair completely changed and it's very important to me that we are on the same page and she was right there for me 100%.!! I love that it's organic. I love that she took the time to listen to me and everything turned out Perfect!!

One of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. It’s a peaceful and upbeat environment and Rolanda (the owner) and her team seemed truly focused on getting exactly what I wanted and ensuring I was satisfied - I felt like a new person coming out of there. Would highly recommend to anyone and be sure to grab a few snacks from the waiting area!

Unfortunately, my visit to this salon left much to be desired. Making the trip down 17th and paying for parking was a complete waste of time and money. This salon lacks professionalism. The service was unpolished, with little attention to detail.
What was most surprising was the owner’s apparent disinterest in creating a seamless customer experience. Rather than being engaged or attentive, there was a clear disconnect from what a client-focused salon should be offering.

It’s disappointing when a business doesn’t prioritize the basics of professionalism and customer care. There’s potential here, but without a shift in attitude and attention to the overall experience, it’s far from a place I’d recommend or return to.
